DISTRIBUTION in North Carolina: An accidental migrant only; recorded only in NC from a single mountain county (Watauga). Resident in some Gulf Coast states, but primarily in Florida.
ABUNDANCE in North Carolina: Accidental; apparently just a single state record.
FLIGHT PERIOD in North Carolina: Not known.
